Effective with the account/subscription release. Local calendar, to-dos and voice notes remain on your device. AI assistance requires Google, Apple, or email verification sign-in. We store a provider identity fingerprint, email if provided, sessions, token usage and subscription verification records. No advertising or cross-app tracking SDK is used.

When you send an AI request, request text, recent conversation context, locale, time zone, date, and bounded relevant event/to-do details (IDs, titles, dates and completion/time fields) are sent through Sendinair to DeepSeek for processing. The device's speech recognizer handles audio; Voxendar sends transcribed text rather than audio recordings to this API. Review and approve proposed changes before they are applied locally.

We record first-party events such as paywall views, plan selection, button clicks, purchase outcomes and low-allowance notices to understand the subscription funnel. Analytics exclude conversation text and calendar content. We keep event data for up to90days and cached assistant responses for up to7days, cleaned on service activity. Request fingerprints and nonidentifying accounting records may be retained to prevent duplicate debits/purchases. API credentials and store purchase tokens are never included in app binaries or analytics.

Use Delete account in the AI account menu to remove the profile, sessions, cached AI history and associated analytics. Nonreversible identity fingerprints and legally required accounting/purchase records are retained to prevent repeated trial grants and payment replay. Local device data can be removed in the app or by deleting it. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately. Contact js@sendinair.com if you need deletion help.

Apple/Google process social sign-in and payments under their policies. For email sign-in, Resend processes the destination email and a short-lived verification code to deliver authentication messages. Verification challenges expire after 10 minutes and are removed by routine cleanup after 24 hours; they are never used for marketing. DeepSeek processes AI requests under its privacy policy. Do not send information you do not want processed by these services. This app is not directed to children under13.
