Privacy Policy

Voxendar is designed to be private by architecture. Speech recognition and AI understanding run entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your data, we do not require an account, and your voice and your schedule never leave your device.

1. Information we collect

None. Voxendar does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account. We have no servers that store your data.

2. How your data is processed

Voice. When you speak, speech-to-text recognition is performed on your device. Audio is processed locally and is not sent to us or to any third party.
AI understanding. The on-device AI model that turns your words into calendar events, reminders, and to-dos runs locally on your device. Your text is not sent to a cloud service.
Calendar & reminders. Events and to-dos you create are stored locally on your device (and, if you choose, in your own Apple Calendar / Reminders via the system frameworks). We never receive a copy.

3. Permissions

Voxendar may ask for the following device permissions, used only on-device for the stated purpose:

Microphone & Speech Recognition — to capture and transcribe what you say.
Calendar & Reminders — to add the events and to-dos you dictate, if you enable it.

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device Settings.

4. Third parties

Voxendar does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with third parties because no data is collected.

5. Children's privacy

Voxendar does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. All processing is local to the device.

6. Data retention & deletion

Because your data stays on your device, you are in full control. Deleting the app, or removing items within it, removes the associated data. We hold nothing to delete.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
